Tutti sul ferry....finalmente sono mesi che non prendo il CityCat....dall'alluvione non mi sono puu' avvicinata all'acqua...ho avuto uno shock, ma adesso e' tutto ok, specialmente quando in pieno inverno le giornate sono cosi' belle!!!

Tra il blu e il marrone

L'acqua e' li' ....ancora con quel suo colore marrone..........dall'alluvione molte cose sono cambiate, anche il letto del fiume riesce difficilmente a riprendersi....ci vorra' tempo!!

The water is there...still that brown colour.....since the flood many things have changed, even the river can hardly recover....it will take time!!

un braccio infinito proteso verso il cielo....

a long "arm" towards the sky...

non ci si ferma mai...anche se c'e stata l'alluvione si continua a costruire vicino l'acqua...

there's no stop... even if the flood has created problems they are still doing constructions along the river...

Questa e' come si presentava la zona intorno alla fermata del City Cat di Regatta a Toowong. Durante l'alluvione la zona e' stata messa duramente alla prova come si puo' ancora vedere lungo il fiume.


This is the area around the Regatta's City Cat stop in Toowong. During the flood this area was strongly damaged, as you can still see along the river.

Dalla biblioteca

Questo e' quello che si puo' vedere da una delle finestre della biblioteca in citta'. Il fiume e' ancora marrone. E' passato quasi un mese dall'alluvione...

This is what you can see from one of the windows of the city library. The river is still brown. Almost a month has passed since the flood .....
